Unused, unwashed, and undecorated blank apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in resalable packaging.
Contact our support team at info@apparelglobe.com or visit our contact page with your order number. We’ll issue a return authorization (RA) and return instructions. Returns without an RA may be delayed.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to large wholesale orders (disclosed on your RA).
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you — including a replacement or full refund.
We process exchanges as a return plus a new order so your replacement ships as quickly as possible. Reach out to support and we’ll coordinate sizing or color swaps.
