DTF wins for full-color or photographic art, small runs, and dark or synthetic garments (no per-color set-up, no minimum). Screen printing wins for bold 1–6 color designs at volume (24+), where it is the most durable and cheapest per shirt. We do both in-house and recommend the right one.
