Return Policy for Apparel Globe

At Apparel Globe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@apparelglobe.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund or exchange according to your preference. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or there was an error on our part.
